- Open the center box that says "I am a member or participant and I don't know my credentials" (this will be open by default).
- Enter your last name and date of birth (NOT your child's last name). Click Submit.
- If you see your email account displayed, click submit, and we will send you a password reset email.
- If you do not see your email displayed, contact us using our online form.
- Check your email for the password reset from YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Click on the password reset.
- Reset your password on the next screen. You will see your account info after you log in.
